Payment Methods

1. Payment via LiqPay

You can pay for your order online via the LiqPay payment service.

The payment form offers various payment options, including bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available for your order.

After placing your order, the system will redirect you to a secure payment page. Once the payment is successful, the order will be processed.

2. Payment by Bank Details

After placing your order, our company manager will contact you, confirm all the provided information, and provide the payment details for your order.

3. Cash Payment upon Pickup

When picking up your order from the warehouse, you will be able to pay for the goods in cash.

4. Cash on Delivery “Nova Poshta”

You will be able to pay for your order upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch.

Exchange and Return

1. Goods of Proper Quality

The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days, not including the day of purchase.

Exchange or return is possible if the goods have not been used, their marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, labels, original packaging, and payment document have been preserved.

2. Goods of Proper Quality That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, certain categories of goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange, in particular:

• perfumery and cosmetic products;
• personal hygiene products;
• goods in aerosol packaging;
• other goods included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange or return.

This means that perfumes, cosmetics, care products, hygiene products, and aerosol products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged if they do not have defects.

3. Goods of Improper Quality

If the product has a defect, damage, manufacturing fault, or any other non-conformity, the buyer may contact us to exchange the product or receive a refund.

The request is reviewed after receiving photo/video confirmation or after inspecting the product.

Claims will not be satisfied if the defects occurred due to the buyer’s violation of the rules for use, transportation, or storage of the product.

4. Return Procedure

Our manager will clarify the order details, the reason for the request, and agree on the next steps.

5. Refunds

Funds are returned using the same payment method used for the purchase, or by another method agreed with the buyer.

Refunds are made after receiving and inspecting the product.

In case of contract termination, the funds are returned on the day of termination, and if this is not possible — within another period agreed by the parties, but no later than within 7 days.

6. Shipping Costs

If goods of proper quality that are eligible for return are returned, the return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

If the return or exchange is related to improper product quality, a manufacturing defect, or an order-picking error on our part, the return shipping costs are compensated by the seller after the request is confirmed.
