1. How to Place an Order

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

3. Order Confirmation

After receiving the order, the manager may clarify the details if necessary.

The company reserves the right to cancel the order if false information is provided or if it is impossible to contact the buyer.

4. Payment for the Order

Available payment options:

• full prepayment by bank card via online payment;
• cash on delivery (if available in your region);
• payment to a bank account for legal entities.

The product price is fixed at the moment the order is placed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out through popular delivery services in Ukraine and other countries. Delivery times depend on the carrier’s operations.

6. Order Fulfillment and Changes

Order preparation begins immediately after confirmation.

You may change the contents of the order only before it is packed and handed over to the delivery service.

7. Order Cancellation

The buyer may cancel the order if it has not yet been handed over to the delivery service.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is carried out in accordance with the rules of the selected carrier.

8. Claims and Returns

If you receive a damaged or non-compliant product, please notify us within 24 hours and attach photo or video evidence.

We will resolve the issue in accordance with the law and the store’s policy.
