1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Janel (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, “We”) and any person who visits or makes purchases on the website janel.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “User”, “You”).

By using the Site, You agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Website

The Site is an online store offering perfumery and cosmetic products.

The User undertakes to provide only accurate information when registering and placing an order.

It is prohibited to use the Site for unlawful purposes, gain unauthorized access to data, or disrupt the operation of the Site.

To place an order, the User may register or authorize via Google.

Only the data necessary for identification and order processing is collected (first name, last name, e-mail, phone number).

Orders can be placed through the shopping cart on the Site.

Payment and delivery terms are determined separately on the relevant pages of the Site.

We reserve the right to refuse order fulfillment in case of false information or violation of these Terms.

5. Liability of the Parties
